1. Trying to go it alone, trying every diet or a fancy IG workout simply isn’t going to give you the results you’re seeking. There is no substitute for working with the right coach and mastering the foundational skills before stepping your game up.
2. Having a coach during off-season and post comp is much more important that during comp. You really do not understand how hard post comp is until you go through it. Having structure and support to focus on the right goals helps give you the bandwidth to focus on what really matters. Because if bodybuilding is all you focus on it will consume you.
Whether you're looking to improve your lifestyle habits, take your athletic performance or overall performance to the next level I'm here to help.
As an experienced fitness, nutrition & performance coach I work with you to optimise all area of your health & well-being.

3. Bodybuilding isn’t that easy to get into surprisingly, it is hard to find good coaches and to learn more about the sport. Take your time to understand what you need to know and the resources you’ll need. It’s a hard sport, a little brutal and resource intensive. Having the right support will help you develop a long-term view and keep competing sustainable.
